Updated to fix weather pages

As unfortunately happens occasionally, a recent change to the BBC's RSS feeds broke the weather pages (specifically, the feeds became accessible only by https:// rather than http://).   This update restores functionality.

Generally I feel that requiring a secure connection is contrary to the 'spirit' of RSS feeds, which are intended to be accessible by simple clients that may not have support for SSL.   But it seems to be increasingly the way things are going.
